The worst Ford dealership I have come across in a lifetime of Ford ownership. Pick a topic, sales, service, and customer support. EVERY ASPECT IS THE WORST. I hope the owners children end up on welfare.

Bought a truck this week. Was originally dealing with Jeana but that was short lived due to her sh*tty attitude. She was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, and walked away from the desk twice in less than 5 minutes. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at J.C. Lewis Ford. I brought my $80,000 Ford F-150 in because it has a rough idle between 650 and 700 RPMs, and the service advisors dismissed it, saying, “That’s just how the engine is.” They looked at me like I was crazy and didn’t offer any real solutions.

Everything is great right up until you sign on the dotted line and they take your payment. From that point on it's impossible to get anything done. I have been waiting and texting and emailing basically weekly for things that I was promised prior to the sale, and then they totally screwed up my paperwork so badly that I had to re-sign the same documents, possibly four times in the following month. The Service department at the dealership on Abercorn is absolutely awful to deal with. I advise everyone to avoid it because they will keep your vehicle two or three weeks longer than they promise and no one will answer your phone calls. We own three Ford trucks, but I would never buy through the dealership again

They lost a part and delayed our repair by weeks… and the service department in General is just Terrible at this location. Which is saying a lot because I have purchased three Ford trucks through them, but I would never give them my business again

Remotely buying with this dealership was a mixed bag. The staff were nice and helpful to a degree you'd expect, but they took quite some time (a week or so for a high demand vehicle) to get back to me after I first slapped the table on wanting to buy. My sales experience on 3/30/2024 went smoothly and I gave the staff a 5 star rating. Since then, I have had problems registering for tags for the truck. The SCDMV informed me that as of 5/2/2024, the title has not been applied for by JC Lewis, therefore, they cannot issue a license plate. I have emailed my sales associate, the sales manager and finance representative. I have called my sales associate and the sales manager. This may be a simple misunderstanding but I am unable to communicate with anyone at the dealership. Extremely disappointed at this point.

It would have been nice to have a rental to drive while my car was being serviced instead of leaving a rental without keys. Megan was very responsive to me about my Maverick order originally starting with the 2023 model but had to wait till the 2024 model. (Hybrid engine) When the 2024 open came around she was able to get the order in ASAP. As of 11/18/2024 the hybrid maverick now sits at my resident. During the process Megan was able to address any questions that I thought of. I am very pleased with my purchase and this dealership. If you are looking to purchase a Ford ask for Megan.

This dealership single handedly robbed a local small family business of a vehicle grant by refusing to properly fill out paperwork and refusing to allow them to buy the lease out after they were on the hook to pay for something they should’ve had a grant for. If you have tons of money, they might treat you well. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Each time I visited this dealership I was greeted with great Customer Service unlike other dealerships where the Salespeople are hounding you before you step foot out of your car. I never felt pressured. I will definitely recommend the Abercorn location and Tim Talley.

I want to share a recent experience I had with the service department at JC Lewis Ford in Statesboro. The Sync (electronic voice command system) in my 2018 vehicle was not working, and the keyless door pad had fallen out of its bracket and needed to be replaced. Good customer will take you a long way. I waited over 10 minutes to be waited on after another man came inside and was instantly greeted.

Worked a deal on a car, went to pick the car up, already had it added to my insurance, and they inform me that they sold the car "earlier". COULDN'T GIVE ME A TIME THAT THE TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE. Also the paperwork had'nt been filled out. Just said the deal was done this morning. I would have given 0 stars if it was a choice.
